As we’ve been discussing, a primary goal of your RPG is to convey to the players a specific idea. This is not a peculiar problem. In most storytelling, it’s typical to address a focused message in the text (visual, auditory, or linguistic). In fact, it’s often the case that the broader a message is, the less interesting we find the story. An idea like, “It’s important to be honest” is fine, but borders on puerile. More specific messages can substantially improve a storyline’s arc and reception.

How are you getting your message across? Address one way you’ve done this in your rules, and another way you’ve accomplished this with your initial scenario.
