Develop a Bow Tie analysis for each of the 3 top events related to your semester project (3 separate Bow Ties). In each analysis, you should have at least 3 threats and 3 consequences. Develop a barrier for each threat and consequence. State which part of the hazard control hierarchy the barrier is considered (i.e. elimination, substitution…).
