Bentley is the ideal institution to help me continue my academic journey to improve my education and personal growth. Coming from pearl divers to going to college sounds unreal for me to say. My grandpa has told me, “being underwater and looking for hope that one day I will find a pearl that will later change my life.” It is jaw-dropping that their
lifestyle of hard labor would evolve into their grandson going to college.
The institution’s extensive educational history and current performance would become the roots of my career development. I have conducted both online and in-person research regarding Bently; I can confidently say that it is the best place to achieve my dream of earning a prosperous career in business. Bentley’s facilitative environment for learning is well equipped and staffed with some of the finest professors. Given the rich history of Waltham, especially when it comes to the Industrial Revolution and the reputation that Massachusetts’ holds as the hub of education in the United States, it is a municipality most suitable to house the continuance of my education. Given these ideal opportunities, my academic and personal goals are remarkably achievable through this institution. On top of this, the university has some of the best resources and tools needed for a successful academic adventure; the rankings and job placement rate reflect this abundance. According to the Princeton Review and US News & World Report, the university is ranked first in undergraduate career services, has a 98% job placement rate, and was ranked second amongst regional universities. These are reasons that make Bentley a place for me to achieve my professional and personal goals.
The most appealing part is the commitment to recognize the need for change and act on it. After analyzing the institution’s values and beliefs, this is one element that I believe in most and one that I see as having the most impact on me. It has always been my motivation in life to impact society positively when I embark on my career and also bring about changes aimed at helping people. Doing good and striving to bring about positive change is one of the essential things that any institution of higher learning embraces, and that is what Bentley has been doing. While other institutions mainly focus on profits, I was happy to learn that Bentley decided to focus on doing good instead. It is an aspect that is likely to impact me during my study and stay at the institution, given it is one of the primary beliefs.
The university states that it stands for inclusion and diversity. Learning is not just about academics but also embracing the concepts of the outside world, and diversity goes a long way into helping us learn. Consuming knowledge in a classroom is straightforward, but going out of the classroom prepared is challenging.

One of the significant reasons that motivated me to join Bentley University is the overwhelming number of good reviews that I came across while looking for the best institutions to advance my education. The feedback I received from friends, past students, and online reviews was positive and encouraging. I could not ignore them, making Bentley my preferred learning destination. Additionally, I have learned that the institution boasts of some of the best lecturers and professors who are always willing to deliver to their students and whose reputations are among the most reputable within higher education circles. Therefore, I could not find anywhere better suited to me but Bentley.
On the other hand, the university ranks high when transitioning from school to career. As such, I believe that it will help me achieve my dreams. This blend of factors makes me interested in looking for my future with Bentley.
