Clearly explain what is the importance of defining quality for program stakeholders at BOTH the point-of-
service and programmatic levels. This can be a video or a paragraph.
Highlight at least two of the standards that stand out to you as being especially important. The 2 standards
you select can come from either the programmatic or point-of-service level. You do not need to select one
from each level.
Explain why each of these two standards is important using evidence from Module 1 and 2 readings (and
cite the articles in the text). You should have one paragraph on each of the two standards you selected.
Second, explain what you need to consider to make these two standards culturally responsive. How would
you need to adapt or change the standards to make them culturally responsive? What would be some of
the indicators one could evaluate and measure? You should have one to two paragraphs in this section.
