Forum three examines how we can use leadership theories across generations. After reading Anderson, Baur, Griffith and Buckley (2017), address the following items. Based on your understanding of leadership theories to date, why is it important for leaders to adapt their leadership style across generations? Further discuss if you agree with the premises put forth by Anderson et al (2017) and finally provide an example of how you, as a leader, lead across generations.
