Research a peer-reviewed, full-text journal article or publication that provides useful information about the topic you have chosen for your Human Resources Research Project. Access the online research databases, or other reputable research sources, to find the full text of a peer-reviewed article that you can use in your Project, which must contain references to four such articles in total. Modify your search terms, if necessary, to locate focused, recent, academic articles. For this article, submit a Review which contains the following:
• A summary of the main points of the article or publication
• An explanation of how this information will be used in your HR Research Product (why is the information in this article important to include in a general overview of this topic?)
• The complete Review should contain no fewer than 250 words.
• In your Review, include at least one summary and one direct quote citation to the article, e.g.
o Compensation is becoming one of the most important aspects of HR (Author, 2010).
