After reading Leon Botstein’s article, “High School, an Institution Whose Time Has Passed: Let Teen-Agers Try Adulthood” and the following
responses (Saba 19-22), write your own short essay (3 paragraphs minimum) responding to Botstein’s ideas. Your initial post should briefly
summarize Botstein’s argument and then state whether you agree or disagree with his point(s). Support your position with examples from your own
experience and/or the media (movies, books, television shows, recent news stories, etc.).
Remember, if you are referring to Botstein’s ideas or words then you must properly cite to avoid plagiarism. If you include a citation, then you should
