Letters to your Member of the U.S. House of Representatives and one Senator in the state of Pennsylvania. Go to https://www.govtrack.us/congress/members and locate your Member of the
U.S. House of Representatives and your senators using either your address (type
this in) or your state and then district. Remember to follow the above link. You
are not asked to contact your state representative or state senator. You are only
to contact your Congressional district’s Member of the United States House of
Representatives and one of your state’s senators.

  1. Click on your representative’s name (or the name of one of your senators), and go
to their homepage, which you can find by clicking Official Website (center-left on
the screen, likely above ‘track him/her’). You must go to their official website, ex:
http://gohmert.house.gov/). You must find your district’s Member in the U.S.
House of Representatives or you will not be able to submit a letter (If you are
asked to enter the last five digits of your zip code please follow the instructions on
    the screen).
  2. Seek out the foreign policy issue of concern to you. The content of the letter is
your choice, and is not graded. This is your opportunity to communicate with
your representative on an issue or issues of concern to you.
The first page is a letter to U.S. House of Representative. The second page is a letter to Senator. Both letters should have the same format
