(c)Summarize the pluses/pros and minuses/cons of medicalizing obesity and
(d) Consider whether or not you think that obese people are going to be able to claim the sick role and whether American culture will permit obesity to be fully medicalized. You will not be able to find (c) or (d) entirely in what you have read and watched. You will need to come up with part of (c) and (d) by thinking about it on your own.
(e)State your own position on whether obesity should be medicalized.
