the value of the project or system to its owners and the public, quantities expected in an engineering report, the sources of capital and operation funds,
project management structure, etc. The paper must be submitted in professional format, maximum 10 pages of text, with accompanying figures, tables, etc. as
appropriate. One-inch margins all around, Times New Roman font, 12 point, single spaced, one side of the paper.
