Panama primary language

Panama primary language is Spanish, but many also speak English; it is one of the smallest Latin American Countries. There are also about seven indigenous languages spoken among the native people. Nearly 85% of the Panamanians are catholic with some Pentecostal churches popping up over the decades. The culture is very diverse with Columbian, Costa Rican, and American people.
Panama is the only place in the world that a person can stand in one spot and watch the sunrise on the Atlantic ocean and sunset on the Pacific ocean. The people of Panama are generally amicable and polite toward visitors to there country. Their food consists of corn, fish, and fruits with a variety of cultural foods. The city of Colon on the Atlantic coast of Panama is one of the biggest free trade city in the world. Furthermore, what makes the city of Colon one of the biggest free trade city in such a small country?
The canal was built in order to connect the international trade routes, which significantly improved economics. That has brought much trade and foreign people moving into the area to support and work on the canal. The canal officially opened in 1914 which changed the economics of Panama by allowing cargo hauling freighters and cruise ships to pass through, which turned out to be a vital trading route. The canal was built and controlled by the united states until 1999 when it was handed over to Panama. They collect a fee from the shipping company for the use of the canal. Most would think that Panama city the capital of Panama on the coast of the Pacific ocean, would be the bigger trade city. With colon being bordered by three different countries with easy access made it a better trade area. Along with the exports going out increased in place in the world has a trade city.
When the ships come in they are layover at the colon port waiting there turn to travel through most will dock and take shore but with the cruise ships it is set up as one of the stops, in turn, brings in foreign people there. The have there own currency but standardized American currency with no exchange rate.
