Write the paper including: In my freshman year in college my physician diagnosed me with depression when in fact I truly suffered from adult ADHD. Years of anti-depressants did nothing for me and I had a difficult time with school. I Finally decided to see a new physician since my previous physician would not attempt to look into my situation any further. My new physician diagnosed me with adult ADHD and started me on medication. Almost immediately after taking ADHD medication I began to feel much better, focused, energetic, motivated and much less confused. I would not be the productive person I am today if I wouldn’t have challenged my previous physician’s diagnosis.
