There are two situations as a Nurse educator you have to deal with and in each situation you have to Tell us which QSEN standard (Patient-centered care, EBP, Quality Improvement, Safety, Informatics, Professionalism) was violated, what you would do and why? Page 1- Situation 1: A student was 20 minutes late to clinical last week and is 30 minutes late to clinical this week. Page 2-Situation 2: A student comes to clinical without a care plan, she has no idea about any of her assigned patients, and is preparing to give medications. She has no idea what 2 of these medications are.
