Criteria= What standards must the solution meet? Think about people and harm. (1 page, Sources: Media, Legal Precedent, Existing Laws, Public Records, Statistical Reports, Census Data, Journal Articles, Books)
Options= What are three possible solutions? How does each solution measure against the criteria that you described? These solutions must be unique. For example, you cannot use Senator Sanders’ higher education reform if you write about reducing student loan debt. Remember that your solutions might not be able to answer all of the criteria.
