    d. The parties’ positions on the issue(s) in conflict;
    e. The parties’ need and interests involved;
    f. Which strategies and techniques that we have discussed did you or will you use in resolving the conflict;
    g. The success of failure of those strategies and why they succeeded or failed;
    h. The resolution or settlement, if any;
    i. Which other strategies or techniques that we have discussed that you might have used as you look back on the conflict;
    j. Your feelings and emotions before, during and after the conflict
