Think about the significant physical, cognitive, and psychosocial milestones that occur during Infancy (0-2 years), as well as the impact (positive or negative)
that each can have on future development. Specifically, think about how language and attachment develop. Now, take a moment to reflect on your own
growth and development during this stage. What major life events did you experience? How may those events have impacted your physical, cognitive, or
psychosocial development to this point? While it’s likely that you won’t have any memories from this period of your life, you can often find out a lot by talking
to relatives. You may also be able to infer certain things about this period of your life by reflecting on current physical, cognitive, and emotional traits
(including your attachment style) that may have stemmed from your development during infancy.
