deep research of all the Iranian Navy Exercises started from 2007 until now (Dependent Variable), and the important political incidents or threats between this period that could be the reasons of why Iran conduct a navy exercise (Independent Variable).
The reason for starting collecting the data from 2007 because in 2007 maritime reorganization gave the IRGCN new roles. In Iran, the naval reorganization of 2007 left the IRGCN accountable for the Persian Gulf (“United States Department of Naval Intelligence,” 2009).
