I categorize children by age and we started to teach them what they need and when they were sent to new country they could start go to school without being behind from other children at same age. I was a leader of this group and i was teaching Math to all children, too . I had tremendous result on what children learned free and without any money budget . and this is my major honor of volunteer work and leadership experience till now .
