Answer : Critical thinking and diligence. it’s meaningful because helps to thinks and consider one problem or a project in different sides and find the reasonable and easy way to solve it and with my hard work and diligence to achieve my goal . this helps me to be always best in my jobs and be a good guider to other people for their business and their life problem .
2/ Describe the most significant challenge you have faced and the steps you have taken to overcome this challenge. How has this challenge affected your academic achievement?
- The significant challenge is my immigration to United states. living 29 months in turkey as a refugee and moving to USA was my big challenge. Culture , finding friends , finding jobs , language all of them are the most significant challenge in my life that I’ve been learning from it every single day from the beginning ESOL 20 until to transferring process , working as bagger in grocery store till dental assistance . my past 8 years of my life was very challenging and i learned and experienced a lot through it .
3.Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you have positively influenced others, helped resolve disputes, or contributed to group efforts over time.
- When i was living at turkey I found 6 persons who would like work volunteer in different major field and we start to teach children from firs grade till 18 years old who were refugee and they didn’t go to school and their time was wasted. I categorize children by age and we started to teach them what they need and when they were sent to new country they could start go to school without being behind from other children at same age. I was a leader of this group and i was teaching Math to all children, too . I had tremendous result on what children learned free and without any money budget . and this is my major honor of volunteer work and leadership experience till now .
