Choose one idea within our virtue ethics materials (the various Aristotle readings and McBride) that you would like to discuss further. You may also use the film ( The Interrupters )but largely as support or illustrations. This idea should be one that can be approached through philosophical inquiry-i.e. it opens up new knowledge or understanding in how you have thought about right and wrong, living a good life, or being a good person. To write the paper, you will need to be able to 1) explain what the idea is using evidence from our reading, 2) explain why the idea is significant to you, and 3) suggest some implications or further questions you have about the idea that you would like to think about more.
