that are experiencing significant growth are: Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Global Positioning
Systems
(GPS), and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Here is what I would like you to do:
- Select one of these applications (RFID, GPS or GIS) and using your text and scholarly research
- Analyze the application (RFID, GPS or GIS) as it applies to a particular business area.

Describe any current applications based on RFID, GPS or GIS in your business environment. - Discuss how information that is gathered by RFID, GPS or GIS is utilized (e.g., CRM, reduce cost,
production or inventory control, emergency services, security, etc.). - Identify new application(s) opportunities for your selection and substantiate the value-add of the new
