In order to truly manage a wide array of cultures, social systems as well as corporate cultures as a manager trying to understand them may prove beneficial. According to Iribarne, there is a critical role that knowledge plays in the capacity of diverse local cultures as a pathway to find cooperation rather than confrontation (2012). As a manager understanding that cultural differences may arise as well as encouraging the team to consider each culture is very important. As the world becomes more global, a manager has been open and willing to learning and understanding different social systems and even languages.

Executives staying away from controversies may be able to manage political systems effectively by having good relations with political parties as well as a country’s government. According to Carpenter & Dunung, it has only until been recently that governments have been able to directly enforce rules and regulations based on that governments political and legal beliefs (2011). Management must know to showcase increased economic opportunities. Since many companies have a location everywhere there must be known about whether the said country has a high unemployment rate as well as creating jobs stateside.

For companies involved in global business operations, the relationship of managers and subordinates in multinational firms is important. In a global environment if management is not open to learning they’re maybe a halt on business activities. According to Matthews and Thakkar, if individuals found that nationality was important then the perception of management was lower (2012). This same concept can be applied to a company. If all these things are implemented probably and effectively, then that company will have a competitive advantage. More time and resources have been devoted to learning and understanding the global market surrounding the company this benefits everyone and promotes economic, social and political goals.
