Applying different types of skill rehearsal to a motor skill

The purpose of these discussion boards is to practice
applying the knowledge learned in lectures and to see a wide range of examples and try to identify if they are
correct or not.

2. Briefly describe 2 drills you might utilize when teaching that
   motor skill.
3. Which type of rehearsal are those drills?
   -You CANNOT use mental rehearsal
   -Choose 2 different types of rehearsal
   -Oftentimes drills can utilize more than one type of rehearsal, if this is the case make sure you accurately
   identify at least 1 of them.
