You are the president of the NCAA. Three of the largest conferences in the country have joined together and have threatened to leave the NCAA. These three
conferences supply nearly 50% of NCAA revenue. They have publicly stated that they do not like the NCAA’s system of rules, specifically in regard to player
compensation. If they leave the NCAA more schools are likely to follow and this could be the end of your organization. This news has gone viral and everyone
is looking at you for a response. Put together a plan for how you would handle the situation which is quickly turning into a crisis at NCAA headquarters.
Include a written statement that you will release to the press as part of your three pages.
Be sure to answer the following: What steps would you take to diffuse the situation? What changes if any would you make to the rules? How would you
govern these rules? Would all conferences within the NCAA operate under the same rules? Would all divisions I, II, and III operate under the same rules? What
