This assessment measures your ability to translate leadership models to nursing practice for complex healthcare systems.
An organization’s ability to change and adapt will ultimately be dependent on you as a nurse leader and whether you can translate a leadership theory (transformational leadership theory) to create a culture of change in your organization.

Nurse leaders have several strategies they can use to create a culture of change in an organization. In this assessment, you will first identify your own leadership plan and then apply it to a workplace problem.
