Create your personal educational philosophy that explores your thoughts on how children learn and the skills, knowledge, and qualities of an effective early childhood educator. The philosophy should be a minimum of four paragraphs with each paragraph containing a minimum of 10 sentences.Here are some questions that should be answered as you are writing your philosophy:

Describe the purpose of education and the role of a teacher.
Describe your beliefs about how children learn ans include your approach to education. Consider addressing a few of these topics: Classroom Management, Instructional Strategies, Curriculum design, Diversity of Children, Inclusion, and Assessment.
Explain how your educational philosophy aligns with the NAEYC standards.
Describe your understanding of ethical decision-making based on your experiences during field experiences.
Discuss your knowledge of ethics and professionalism in an early childhood setting.
