Write a real estate rental analysis on Miami Beach (demographics, median income, population growth, etc.) and want a pro forma statement on an airbinb (could be renting an apartment or single family home). Basically I want to show it is a good investment to rent a unit in Miami Beach and then Airbnb for the year. Please provide a description of the condo or single family home as well.
