Background about the Brand : Solar power paint
The brand that we are going to be working on for this project will be focused on solar
energy. We will be creating a brand with its main focus being on the idea of having the solar
energy coming from paint we produce. The purpose of using solar energy is to decrease
greenhouse gas emissions while mitigating climate change. Home owners or even businesses that
would like to be more eco-friendly would benefit from using our product. Instead of using solar
panels, home owners could choose to just use our solar paint to save the money of purchasing
solar panels for their homes. Consumers that care about the environment will benefit from using
our paint and could spread awareness of global climate change and hopefully bring positive
word-of-mouth to their friends and peers.
The name of the brand would be Solar Powered Paint (SPP) and the target audience
would be 25-45 year olds. But if we were to make our solar paint as a commercial product, the
main target audience would be the manufacturing plants. If our product is considered a
commercial product, the manufacturing plants would be our target audience because the public
that purchases our product would be considered as eco-friendly and can boost their company
image. There have been cases where plants would be shown using their sewage line to go
straight into a natural habitat such as a river or a lake. So if manufacturing plants were to gain
popularity and look as good for the environment and the communities around, SPP could be very
beneficial. If SPP would not be sold as a commercial product, then the main target audience
would be 25-45 year olds because this demographic is aware of global warming and climate
change and would like to be able to reduce the risk of the world’s health. The adults that are
relatively close to 30 years old could be starting families and would like to show their future
generations to use solar energy so there would be less pollution and gas emission in the
atmosphere. With SPP, the new parents would be able to show their kids when they are old
enough how easy it is to apply solar energy to their homes, which in turn would have that same
idea passed down generations in hopes of decreasing the greenhouse gas emissions.
For 25-45 year olds that need eco-friendly products, Solar Powered Paint is a eco-friendly
solar based company that offers an easily applicable to use within homes and businesses. Unlike
Benjamin Moore Paints, our product is solar powered and would be to power your home or
establishment without the use of solar panels. Anyone eco-friendly can benefit from this product
because of how simple it would be able to apply. With global warming slowly rising, using our
product is one step towards the direction that could hopefully recover the health of Earth.
Solar Powered Paint is a brand that other paint companies would have to worry about if
society starts to have an environmentally friendly mindset. As of right now, there is no company
that has such a product that would be accessible and easily applicable as our brand and its
products. If only society were to realize what will happen if we continue ignoring the
consequences of products such as gasoline cars, then they would be looking for a brand like
Solar Powered Paint in an attempt to fix their own punishment onto this planet.
