Discuss the situation and identify steps employees can take to make the best “ethical” decisions possible. Also consider researching the correlation of business ethics and how it relates to creating an ethical environment within the business. Review companies and their ethical practices as a basis of comparison .Also consider the role of human resources in creating an ethical environment for employees and consider changes caused by the COVID-19 environment. Provide evidence (statistics, data, charts, studies, etc) that supports the position and claims.
