Review The Power of Good Design and select three of the ten principles noted for good design. Next in R, utilize these three principles in a problem that you will solve. First note the problem to solve, the dataset (where the information was pulled from), and what methods you are going to take to solve the problem. Ensure the problem is simple enough to complete within a two-page document. For example, I need to purchase a house and want to know what my options are given x amount of dollars and x location based on a sample of data from Zillow within each location.

Using empathy allows me to get an understanding of what potential buyers like myself may need and want when looking at houses on the market. This could include things such as proximity to amenities or outdoor space which would influence their decision making process. With this knowledge in hand, it becomes easier to target specific types of listings while filtering out those that don’t meet certain criteria. Additionally by having an understanding of the current market trends (using functionality) it helps me understand if certain areas are more desirable than others due to pricing or availability.

Finally aesthetics enables me create visual representations data gathered displaying graphically charts/maps illustrating average price point neighborhood/city comparing regions quickly easily providing insight otherwise not available glance! While also able adjust settings interactively giving further detail relating topic question asked allowing dive deeper uncovering hidden gems perhaps previously overlooked or unnoticed… Ultimately help find perfect home fitting budget expectations leveraging power good design achieved success mission set forth saving time energy effort doing same old tedious task manually since computer automation makes life much easier now days!
