Prepare a 1-page biography of this individual, noting their area of expertise and years of consulting service.

Second, you will draft a letter inviting this person for an interview. The letter will include an explanation of your request, specifically noting you would like the consultant to share a successful experience in consulting as part of your coursework in your doctoral program.
Third, you will prepare an informed consent form for your interviewee to sign before you conduct the interview. A sample of an informed consent form is in one of the resources in this week. You will need to “tailor-fit” it to your assignment.
