Show a sample of the menu including the style of food and beverages which will be available to reflect the restaurant concept/theme. This menu should be formatted as it would be presented to the customer. Groups should not simply copy an existing restaurant menu in its entirety. You must show some creative flair and thought in designing a menu specifically for this restaurant, however you may use menu items/ideas from other restaurants or sources (i.e. you are not expected to be able to ‘create a dish’ as a chef would do). The descriptions of these menu items should complement the restaurant concept, as should your presentation of the menu. You should explain and justify your menu choices using relevant menu planning and design theory (15 marks)
