As a member of the technical due-diligence team in a lesser organization, you need to oversee and manage the acquisition of a portfolio of 10 relatively new aircraft from another lessor.
All aircraft involved in the deal are of the Airbus A320 type with two-class cabin layouts and are currently under an ongoing lease. Four of the aircraft are being operated by an airline your organization already has leasing agreements with. The remaining six aircraft are leased out to two airlines which are new to your organization. All leases are planned to continue following the portfolio purchase.
As a preparation for the deal, you are tasked with drafting a project proposal detailing the complete technical due diligence process of the portfolio acquisition, from initial engagement on the deal with the lesser selling the portfolio, through to novation completion for all ten aircraft.
