Using the assigned readings and additional applicable scholarly sources, develop a narrated presentation for a team you would hypothetically lead within an educational setting of interest. Be sure to begin with an introduction that informs your professor of the type of team you are leading (e.g., an IEP team preparing for the upcoming school year).
In your presentation, explain the following:
Outline the leadership approach(es) or style(s) you plan to employ when leading the team.
Specify how you plan to utilize these leadership approach(es) or style(s) to lead the team. Include examples to illustrate your thoughts.
Evaluate the techniques, strategies, and evaluation procedures you would implement to support your team’s performance. Think of each individual as well as the team as a whole.
