Executive, OR Judiciary – pick no more than ONE) and tell us why your design challenge hasn’t been
addressed in the Texas system as of today. The most important part of this blog is to demonstrate that you
understand how that particular part of Texas government works. Be sure to discuss why the part of the Texas
