Brown v. Board of Education Discussion

  All primary discussion posts must be 100 words or more and at least 75 words when you are replying to another student and you must reply to at least one student. In the Supreme Court's Brown v. Board of Education opinion, the court dealt with whether or not separate could ever be equal (in other words, they pretended for the sake of argument that segregated facilities in the South were actually equal). Why would perfectly equal accommodations still be unconstitutional?
