3. In my opinion, Ms. Owens is building relationships more effectively because she takes time to form individual connections with each student as well as fostering a safe environment where students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and expressing themselves openly without fear of judgement or criticism from her or other classmates. Additionally, she listens attentively when they need help which builds trust between them and allows room for further academic growth within the classroom setting while still providing structure through established guidelines like any other teacher would do so too much leniency doesn’t occur either making it easier for all parties involved to learn optimally together rather than constantly worrying about crossing boundaries along the way
4. I can relate more closely to Ms Owens’ approach as I believe this type of methodology promotes healthy dialogue in order to build strong foundational support between one another instead of only focusing on disciplinary action due to misbehavior - which should be handled whenever necessary but not always equate into harsh punishment since everybody needs understanding at times no matter what age group you are referring too . Therefore three ideas I will use in my own personal relationship with my future students include: being patient even if we don’t always agree on something , conveying genuine care whenever possible ,and lastly recognizing each person’s individual strengths & weaknesses then using those insights towards bettering ourselves collectively moving forward together as one unit - because ultimately education isn't just about gaining knowledge but also forming bonds along the way that surpass anything else imaginable!
