You should introduce the topic / problem, the concept of your idea, how your biomedical engineering solution would work, and how it would address the problem you have chosen.
The problem you identify can be as big or as small as you choose; i.e. you can target one particular aspect of a larger problem; you need not propose a complete cure.
The potential solution to the problem you identify can be entirely hypothetical, but should be scientifically grounded such that the audience (your peers and the class faculty) are convinced it could be feasible to develop such an approach, given resources that would be available to a large company and up to 10 years of development time.
Include one illustrated image of the solution. Your solution does not need to be entirely novel, but should not duplicate an approach that has already been described elsewhere.
