Throughout this course, one concept that stood out to me and made a significant impact was the idea of "Caring in Nursing." The emphasis on caring as a fundamental aspect of nursing practice resonated with me and reinforced the importance of compassion and empathy in providing holistic care to patients.
As a Masters in Leadership and Management prepared nurse, I envision using the concepts learned in this course to guide my future nursing practice in several ways:
Creating a Caring Environment: I will strive to create a caring environment for both patients and healthcare professionals under my leadership. This includes fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication, where everyone feels valued and supported.
Cultivating Interpersonal Relationships: I understand the significance of building interpersonal relationships with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary team members.
