Case briefing about Kansas v Glover

  1.  Paragraph one: Write a brief introduction that gives a statement of purpose for your essay, clarifies what you will be doing in it, and providing any useful definitions you'll need to use. For example, there should be a sentence that says "in this essay, we will explore critically the main legal precedents for several Supreme Court cases, including..." You should also define legal precedent. 2. Paragraphs two, three, four, five, six (minimum) . In those paragraphs, make sure to examine the precedent from all sides, both descriptively and critically.  Descriptively, you want to say what the precedent was that was established, provide the case that lead to it in terms of facts, ruling, and reasoning. Critically, you want to demonstrate you can analyze the implications of the case: How the law might apply to future cases, counterarguments against the reasoning for the precedent, downsides to the precedent, or what you think are its benefits. 3.
