Please read the Leading Organizational Change case (attached) and complete an individual memo per the instructions below:
Tracy Burns has hired you as a consultant. She has asked you to write a memo to advise her on (1) the strengths and weaknesses of the nurse-led discharge
project to date; and (2) strategies to improve the successful implementation of this project going forward.
Use your knowledge of the class material to date to create an original analysis and make a recommendation to address the issue at hand. Many cases have multiple issues that can be addressed across the weeks’ topics.
Apply Kotter’s 8-Step Model mainly and Deci and Ryan Self-Determination Theory and trait theory of organization in the analysis.

Summary: write a one paragraph summary describing the intended change, your main points, and recommendations. Analysis: Analyze the key strengths and
weaknesses of the nurse-led discharge project. Focus on the process of how the project was managed rather than on the content of the project itself. In the
analysis, apply Kotter’s framework as well as concepts and/or frameworks from at least two other topics covered in the course.
Recommendations: Suggest specific action steps to address the problems/weaknesses identified above. Your recommendations should align with the
analysis and should be based on the concepts/readings covered in the course.
