Case Study #1 Follow-up questions—How do interpersonal skills play out in Mindy and Ann’s approaches to managing the Nurse’s Aides? How do personal beliefs influence interpersonal skills and management style? B. Case Study #2 Follow-up questions—In terms of marketing, what could be done to increase patient volume at LCH? Which ads are you using? How were they crafted? Do they need to be revised? Should more money be devoted to marketing? How about evaluating quality of care delivered through patient survey or follow-up calls to gauge any gaps and implement continuous quality improvement plan? C. Case Study #3 Follow-up questions—What assistance can the facility consider or be eligible to receive on a federal, local or state level? How about getting accredited in order to get some of these grants and to stay afloat financially? In the meantime, how should an administrator handle the process of communicating funding decisions to reduce conflict, minimize destructive behaviors and maintain morale? 3.
