Organization Diagnosis- describe the major issue the organization experienced that requires organizational development and change. Include the level of diagnosis required (organizational, group, or individual) and explain the pr​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​ocess for collecting, analyzing, and feeding back data. Organization Change Process- describe the process of change for the specific organization development issue identified for this paper based on a Human Resource Intervention (Part 5) or Strategic Change Intervention (Part 6).
