For your final research paper you will analyze one of two types of conflicts: (1) a conflict you have experienced or observed (personally or in the media), or (2) a conflict of a type you will likely encounter in your work. Your analysis must describe how you would apply insights and strategies from this class to manage the conflict. I’m happy to discuss potential topics, scope, etc., as you decide on your essay topic. Your essay should be 12-15 pages, typed, double-spaced (excluding cover page and bibliography). Final essays are due by December 6 at 10 pm. More technical details about the papers will follow.
