Digital Competencies for 21st Century Leaders

Leadership in the 21st century requires leaders to have a wealth of competencies – to include what we have discussed in the previous weeks of class. Digital technology is changing the paradigms of leadership through various means such as communication interactions, how we learn, and a wealth of other factors.
