review a treaty of a federally recognized tribe. Note property rights or political rights that were granted away
and those that were reserved.
Reserved rights can include a property right such as the right to hunt, or gather, or fish; or a political right such
as the power to regulate domestic relations, tax, administer justice, or exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction.
