Eating habits

Describe your eating habits today with your eating habits in your native country.
In comparison to those meals back home, my diet today is much healthier and more varied. As I am now living independently in another part of the world, I have taken it upon myself to make sure that I'm getting all the essential nutrients for a balanced diet each day. This means making sure that each meal contains at least one source of protein (such as eggs or lentils), complex carbohydrates (like potatoes or oatmeal), healthy fats (like avocados) and plenty of fruits and vegetables (especially leafy greens). Additionally, I try to stay away from processed snacks such as chips or cookies in favor of nuts and fruit bars which are packed with vitamins instead. Overall, while the type of food has changed over time due to different lifestyles et cetera; one thing that hasn’t changed is how important it is for me to sit down with friends or family whenever possible during meals so we can share stories about our days while enjoying good food together!

Sample Solution

My eating habits today differ greatly from my eating habits in my native country. Back home, I ate a lot of traditional dishes which were cooked by my parents and other family members. These typically consisted of dishes made with rice, beans, vegetables, spices and meats like chicken or fish. I also enjoyed the occasional bowl of noodles or pasta as well as regular desert treats like ice cream and cakes.
