Effectiveness of MRM Competencies on the Performance of Aviation Maintenance Operation in UAE Military
The primary objectives of the research are to:
• To identify the impact of the application of different procedures on the maintenance operations in the aviation industry.
• To measure the communication in MRM with respect to the maintenance operations.
• To identify the significance of leadership and teamwork in maintenance and operation.
• To determine the relationship between the problem solving and decision making with the maintenance operations.
• To study the overall impact of the situational awareness and the knowledge development on the maintenance operation of UAE’s Joint Aviation Command.
