so the victim can continue to live there. the Individual Households Program (IHP) will not pay to return a home
to its pre-disaster condition. Grants may be used for housing needs to repair:
Structural parts of the home ( foundation, outside walls, roof)
Windows, doors, floors, walls ceilings, cabinetry
Septic or sewage systems
Heating ventilating and A/C/ systems to name a few.
