Students will identify a specific political subdivision of the United States from one of the following levels:
a. State
b. County
c. Town
d. Municipality (city / village)
e. District of Columbia
f. Indian Reservation
g. Territory
Students will create an Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) for that specific area

5. The plan will incorporate the following:
   a) Area Assessment
   b) Hazard Risk Analysis
   c) The Phases of Emergency Management
   d) The Preparedness Cycle
   e) Standardized Organization
