Employee training can be defined as planned organizational efforts to help employees learn job-related knowledge, skills, and other characteristics. Training is a lifelong process. For example, training workers for international business are effective in preparing them for work in a different culture.
1)Describe some of the employee training and development programs used in organizations today. Explain which ones may be more effective than others. 2)Do an Internet search using the phrase: CDC – Training – Hand Hygiene. In a health care setting hand washing is a key measure in preventing the spread of disease. From a training, perspective explains why something as simple as hand washing would require such a developed training module.
